The main bus stop is at the railway station. You can take several buses that will get you to the conference venue in approximately 10 minutes. Please check the bus routes.

By car:

If you plan to reach the conference venue by car, here are some parking suggestions:

Underground parking at Piazza I Maggio: The hourly fee is 0.70€, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the venue.
Street-level parking near the conference venue: Via Gemona and Via Deciani have parking spaces with an hourly fee of 1.00€.
Free street-level parking is available near Teatro Palamostre, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.


The city of Udine:
Udine is located in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, in the northeastern part of Italy. It is approximately 140 km away from Venice and 80 km from Trieste. The nearest airports are Trieste, Ronchi dei Legionari (50 km, 25 minutes by car), Venice Marco Polo (130 km, 75 minutes by car or 90 minutes by train), and Treviso airport (135 km, 96 minutes by car or 80 minutes by train).

Udine is located on the Rome to Wien line, which includes stops in Rome, Florence, Bologna, Venezia Mestre, and finally Udine. If you are coming from Turin or Milan, you will need to change trains at Venezia Mestre (Venice mainland) station to reach Udine.
